The nine facilitation measures

The DGA may grant any of nine benefits, according to the operator's activity. Those two words matter: a certificate grants a specific subset — not all nine automatically, and two OEAs are never equal.

  1. 1Deferred payment without a guarantee — and without the 20%-of-prior-year bond art. 61 bis otherwise requires.
  2. 2Accumulated declaration with no minimum monthly-import threshold.
  3. 3Expedited clearance procedure.
  4. 4Priority in the application of customs controls.
  5. 5Personalised, priority handling of procedures.
  6. 6Priority during disruptions — threats, port or border closures.
  7. 7Inspection at your own premises, where applicable.
  8. 8International recognition through Mutual Recognition Agreements.
  9. 9Other benefits the DGA sets by general resolution.

These measures cannot be transferred or granted to third parties. Which subset an operator receives is written into its individual certification — which is not public.
