This website explains the Costa Rican Authorised Economic Operator programme (OEA, Operador Económico Autorizado) in English. The regime is under-explained in English, and most of the guidance that does exist is written for the EU's AEO programme, which follows different rules.

The site is purely informational. It does not sell clearance services and is not a customs brokerage.
